New Drinks

I love drinks, I love experimenting new drinks!

Here in Santa Fe just felt cold and I saw lots of snow, so good that I do not like hot weather, but to drink the hot drinks is very good.
Here I am drinking a lot of Starbucks coffees, they are sold in super market and they are delicious.
But I really want to talk about a very tasty drink which I drank in a day warmer.

This photo is the Jamaica Drink, a drink made with red hibiscus flower and a few more ingredients that I do not know much.

Refreshing and interesting!

Peppers, many peppers!

I never liked much pepper, but here in Santa Fe this ingredient is very present in all the dishes.
In addition to these hot peppers in my opinion change the whole flavor of the original recipe. Here I do not cook anything because I do my meals in the restaurant of the university, and I can say for sure that every dish contains lots of peppers.

As I can not make this explicit seasoning in a recipe, I'm posting this photo of a beautiful handicrafts that the villagers produce here to sell to tourists.
The product dried peppers are several prey at each other. It is very beautiful and I want to be able to fit a bag and take to Brazil.

Hot peppers for me, just for decoration.

New kitchen

My trip to Santa Fe began with my interest in improving my English.
In Brazil, everyone knows me as a "crazy" by cooking and recipes here I could not be otherwise, I'm experiencing all the dishes and take it to my house many interesting recipes.

As the first post in this job class, I will comment on the first day I had contact with this new kitchen and its different flavors.
Pictured below is a very traditional dish from Mexico, but as I am in the state of New Mexico in the USA I had to taste and give my own opinion on this news to me.

This dish is called Burrito, is like a pancake batter filled with many tasty beans.
I would not say it was the best food I've ever tasted, but it is very different and interesting.
As the first lunch, I was very pleased!!!
